Congressman Richard Neal, Chairman of the Ways & Means Committee, recently stopped by the HBRAWM Headquarters on Monday, October 31st to discuss housing concerns affecting our industry. HBRAWM President Francis Beaulieu and Executive Director Andrew Crane hosted the visit by Congressman Neal. Gary Campbell, Past President of the HBRA of MA and CEO, Gilbert Campbell Real Estate, came as a representative of the National Association of Home Builders. Board Member Joseph Yiznitsky was also in attendance. With the interest rates climbing, home prices dropping, shortages of labor and goods, and the cost of inflation, the housing industry faces many challenges. Our association thanks Congressman Neal for taking time out of his very busy schedule to come to the association and hear our concerns. Congressman Richard Neal Visits HBRAWM Headquarters
