Return Policy

What is your return policy?
Clearance Return Policy: Clearance items are items that have been permanently marked down and cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Most items returned within 30 days of shipment are accepted. Returns must be in resalable condition and must be an item still available (no discontinued items will be accepted).

The fulfillment center will process refunds in the payment format the order was received. If a credit card refund is issued and the credit card has expired, a credit will be placed on the account for one year, at which time the credit will expire. The customer must request a refund check before the credit expires. Refunds on videos and software are available as long as the package is unopened and/or the seal is intact. Full refund of the purchase price will be provided.

If an item is returned after the 30 day return policy but in resalable condition (email Tiffany Scott, tscott@nahb.org, for permission to return), it is within NAHB’s discretion to issue a credit. ALL credits will expire within 12 months from date of issue. Customer must request a refund check before credit expires.
Refunds on videos and software are available as long as the package is unopened and/or the seal is intact. Full refund of the purchase price will be provided.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is the result of an order processing or shipping error.
