On May 14th, the Board of Building Regulations and Standards ratified the 10th Edition MA Building Code. They also approved a concurrency period, allowing applicants to choose between the 9th Edition and the new 10th Edition when applying for a building permit. This concurrency period will end on January 1, 2025.
