The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (HBRAMA) hosted its highly anticipated 2025 Annual Installation Event on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Charter Oak Country Club in Hudson, MA. Members from across the state—including a strong showing from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts (HBRAWM)—gathered for an evening dedicated to recognizing leadership, celebrating industry excellence, and honoring the remarkable individuals shaping the future of residential construction in Massachusetts.
This annual event remains one of the most important gatherings for builders, remodelers, suppliers, and industry professionals statewide, offering networking opportunities, recognition of outstanding achievements, and a unified look ahead at the year to come.
Honoring Excellence: 2025 Legends of the Industry Awards
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the 2025 Legends of the Industry Awards, recognizing individuals whose long-term dedication and contributions have had a lasting impact on the Massachusetts home building and remodeling industry.
HBRAWM was especially proud to support Wayne Walton of L.P. Adams Co., Inc., who was honored as a 2025 Legend of the Industry. Wayne’s decades of leadership, service, and commitment to the building community have significantly shaped both Western Massachusetts and the statewide industry. Our association had an impressive turnout of members who attended the ceremony to celebrate Wayne’s achievements and show their support as he received this distinguished honor.
Installation of the 2025–2026 HBRAMA Leadership Team
The event also featured the formal installation of the 2025–26 HBRAMA Executive Team, led by newly installed President Susan Kadilak. The ceremony highlighted the strength and unity of Massachusetts’ residential construction sector, emphasizing the importance of leadership and advocacy as the industry continues to evolve.
With a forward-looking vision and a strong leadership team in place, HBRAMA enters the new year prepared to support builders, remodelers, and industry professionals across the state.
A Night of Connection, Recognition & Industry Pride
Alongside the award presentations and leadership installation, attendees enjoyed a welcoming cocktail reception and meaningful opportunities to connect with industry peers, partners, and statewide leaders. The event underscored the value of collaboration and community within the Massachusetts home building industry.
HBRAWM extends sincere congratulations to Wayne Walton and the entire slate of 2025–26 HBRAMA officers. We are proud of our members’ strong representation at this event and look forward to another year of advancing the industry through education, advocacy, and leadership.
