A huge thank you to everyone who attended our 9th & 10th Edition 780 CMR Significant Changes to the IRC & IBC Class! We had a packed room of builders and remodelers eager to stay ahead of the curve with these important updates.

REMINDER:
The concurrency period has been extended from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025. As of July 1, 2025, all permits must be taken based on the 10th Edition. During the concurrency period, when a permit is pulled builders/ remodelers must choose between the 9th or 10th Edition. Builders/Remodelers cannot mix versions of the codes.
