9th & 10th Edition 780 CMR Significant Changes to IRC/IBC

This one- day, eight-hour course is divided into two four-hour sessions. These courses are based on the significant
changes to the 2018 & 2021 International Residential Code (IRC, One- and Two-Family Dwellings) and
International Building Code (IBC, Basic/Commercial), which takes effect January 1, 2025. The session will include
discussions on the transition from the 9th to the 10th Edition of 780 CMR. The syllabus aligns with the ICC Table
of Contents from 2018 and 2021.
